Tech growth / ops executive with 15+ years experience. During my time at ServiceTitan, a $10Bn B2B SaaS startup in Los Angeles that ranked #6 in the 2024 Forbes Cloud 100 list, I've held various roles and led and built multiple functions - primarily focused around growth and operations.
I currently have the pleasure to lead Ops @ ServiceTitan, primarily focused on growth (market expansion, TAM, segmentation, customer acquisition), revenue operations (sales ops, sales dev ops, marketing ops, professional services ops, support ops, success ops), pricing and packaging and business technology. Before that, I led the Marketing Strategy function (product marketing, customer acquisition and market expansion) and the Growth Products Strategy / GTM function (overseeing our early build and launch of our pro products - from ideation to GTM, launch and post launch ops).
Prior to ServiceTitan, I spent 8 years with the Boston Consulting Group, where I worked with private and public entities across the US, the UK and the Middle East (Dubai, KSA, Qatar) in technology, media, public sector and financial services.
