My clientele spans industries including Manufacturing, Construction & Property Management, Banking & Treasury Management, CRM, Behavioral Assessment Services, Computer Aided Dispatch, and Financial Reporting & Analysis. Throughout my tenure, I've achieved significant milestones, such as building trust within a skeptical customer base, driving innovation and modernization in legacy products, transitioning customers to cloud-based platforms, reducing technical debt, and forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Earlier in my career, I held pivotal leadership roles at Workday and Oracle, where I effectively managed global sales teams, negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts, and formulated strategies to enhance enterprise revenue. At Workday, I spearheaded sales for financial and HCM solutions across major enterprise accounts, securing Total Contract Values (TCV) of up to $35 million. At Oracle, I led a $250 million global business unit, achieving unprecedented growth in Commercial ERP and Tax & Utilities, and delivering robust year-over-year growth despite challenging market conditions.
