During his tenure, Casey successfully scaled teams, launched strategic initiatives, and consistently surpassed gross and net revenue retention goals.

Prior to Yext, Casey was a Managing Consultant at IBM Watson, playing a pivotal role in the go-to-market strategy team. His career began at IBM Global Business Services, where he led strategic planning efforts and championed sustainable process improvements.

Casey earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Engineering and Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is recognized as a hands-on leader with a strong track record of optimizing operations, fostering collaboration, and driving sustainable growth across diverse industries.
