Eric has a proven track record across enterprise sales, professional services, sales operations, marketing, technology, and customer success and is a dynamic change agent and driver of revenue growth.
Eric currently serves as CEO of LegalSifter, an industry-leading law software providing AI-powered contract management solutions. Most recently, Eric served as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Digital Experience Business at Adobe, where he led the go-to-market strategy for the SaaS business unit, focused on helping businesses differentiate themselves through exceptional digital experiences. At Adobe, Eric oversaw a global team that focused on data-driven precision, optimizing the end-to-end marketing funnel, and driving cross-channel engagement to improve spend efficiency and sales effectiveness.
Previously, Eric served as SVP and GM of Adobe Professional Services and Customer Success division, where he led a team that achieved 24% YoY revenue growth and a 14-point margin improvement.
Earlier in his career, Eric was SVP and GM at ServiceSource, where he had P&L responsibility for all Data Operations services, and helped the company achieve a successful IPO.
