As a seasoned global technology executive with over 25 years of experience, I have a proven track record of creating, leading and growing multi-billion dollar businesses. I am known for my unique entrepreneurial style, my people-centered approach to leadership, and delivering outstanding results. Creating and driving strategic business transformation at scale is what I have spent most of my career doing, and it is a true passion of mine.
In my current role as Chief Operating Officer for Google Cloud Go to Market (GTM), I develop and implement our company’s GTM strategy and lead the day to day operations of our business. Partnering closely with our President of Google Cloud GTM, I spearhead the organization’s vision for change to ensure we meet our ambitious growth objectives. I lead a team of hundreds of employees who are passionate about accelerating our customer’s ability to digitally transform their business and industry. We do this by setting a solid business strategy in sales, operations, product development, business development and marketing.
Prior to joining Google, I was Senior Vice President and Global Head of Strategic Segments at SAP, an organization that accounted for more than one-third of company revenue. As the leader of one of SAP’s most critical business units, I was in charge of developing strategic customer engagements, growing SAP wallet share, and driving industry-focused innovation for the world’s largest enterprises. Before that, I spent nine years at Oracle, where I created and led the Engineered Systems business, which became a powerhouse $4 billion business and Oracle's fastest-growing product segment during my tenure.
Inspiring high-performing teams and developing talent is what motivates me most. I am also an ardent champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). During my career, I have helped promote more than 100 women into leadership positions, which is a metric I hope to double.
Outside of Google, I serve as Executive Sponsor for 30+ multinational organizations across a range of industries and as a Strategic Advisor to 12 companies. I had the honor of recently being appointed to the Board of Directors for the Thought Machine Group.
