He has 16+ years of building experience in data products, AI/ML applications, and go-to-market across the full customer lifecycle from high-growth startups to IPO to Fortune 100 tech companies. Over the years, he has built 3 high performance teams from the ground up to drive consistent business results at a global scale.
In his spare time, he serves as an Advisor to founders in early stage startups, a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Funds, as well as a volunteer for Asian American communities.
Guan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Information Systems and Operations Management, and completed accelerated training in AI/ML and leadership development.
