James Pappas is Chief Revenue Officer at PTC, responsible for all go-to-market customer-facing teams, including customer success, sales, solution consultants, and subscription management. During his 29-year career at PTC, Jamie led the regional sales in Asia, Europe, and most recently, North America where he has been instrumental in leading the sales team to deliver consistently strong growth. Jamie earned a B.A. in Business from Stonehill College in Massachusetts and completed the Sales Management Executive Graduate course at Harvard University Extension School
