With over 20 years of proven success, Mr. Marcin has been leading Enterprise Software and Cloud go-to-market organizations for global, world-class companies while driving billions of dollars in value creation for the customers, investors, and shareholders he serves. Mr. Marcin is a 3-time Chief Revenue Officer with experience in scaling high performing GTM teams within small, midsize, and large companies that are publicly traded or held within private equity portfolios. Over the last decade, Mr. Marcin has been focused on recalibrating, rapidly scaling, and transforming private equity portfolio companies to maximize valuations by consistently exceeding revenue growth targets while delivering positive business outcomes and ensuring outstanding customer experiences.
Most recently Mr. Marcin led the GTM transformation for Kyriba, a $250M privately held French/American FinTech company where the business surpassed growth records each year under his leadership. Prior to Kyriba, Mr. Marcin led growth initiatives for GTM teams at Oracle, Vendavo, and ClickSoftware, an Israeli-based software company acquired for $1.35B by Salesforce.com in 2019.
With a focus on the Science of Selling, Mr. Marcin brings predictability, repeatability, and scalability to the organizations he leads while ensuring that exceptional customer outcomes remain at the center of the growth strategy for each company.
Mr. Marcin is based in Newport Beach, California and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University with a minor in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and Cryptography.
In his spare time, you’ll find Mr. Marcin traveling throughout every corner of the world, spending time with his two daughters, and enjoying unique culinary experiences while also pursuing his passions in adventure sports, photography, music, cooking, and wine tasting.
