Kate is passionate about democratizing adoption of data and innovation to drive faster, better business results. She started her career in KPMG Advisory before moving into go-to-market leadership at Alteryx (Manager of Americas - Digital/Scaled Customer Success), Elastic (Director of Customer Success & Engineering), and DataCamp (Head of Global Customer Success).Kate believes that an existing customer base has outsized potential for driving sustainable revenue growth and accelerating healthy go-to-market flywheels. She is energized by tailoring revenue growth strategies to a business’s unique opportunities and challenges. Resource-based and/or seat-based pricing models, product-led and/or sales-led growth strategies, customer telemetry, measurable customer ROI, and technical complexity of product are just a few areas she uses to inform revenue retention and growth strategies.
