Ken is a transformational SaaS, Cloud, Data & AI leader. At Salesforce Ken is part of the EMEA ELT and leader of the EMEA industry GTM for a $8B business as well as Top 250 strategic customer program. Ken started his SaaS journey by becoming Salesforce's 9th largest customer and spearheaded the award winning digital and cultural transformation of CA Technologies. The work with the Salesforce Platform inspired him to co-found CA's SaaS business in Silicon Valley which went on to become the fastest growing P/L in the company and paving the shift to a cloud first focus for the company. CA was acquired by Broadcom for $19B.
Ken has significant global experience developing strategies for and subsequently scaling SaaS software companies and building world class teams and processes. This both in Fortune 500 as well as companies backed by leading PE and venture capital funds (E.g. Sequoia, AndreessenHorowitz, Kleiner) across different verticals as well as in Data and AI. Besides his deep and broad operational experience, Ken also has experience from the investor side as a Sr. Advisor and as a Board Member.
Prior to enterprise software, Ken worked for Publicis in the marketing industry. Ken holds an MBA from MIT and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.
