I am a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in leadership roles in sales and GTM. I love early-stage startups focused on delivering a seamless product experience for users as the driver of usage and growth. I have been a key part of building companies to the point of acquisition or IPO. At Tailscale, I lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a company that makes network security easy for teams of any scale and is loved by Engineering, IT, and InfoSec teams.

I build and lead high-performing revenue teams, and enjoy engaging with customers at all stages of the sales cycle to drive value, adoption, retention, and growth. I specialize in Product-led go-to-market strategies in tight partnership with Marketing, Product, and Eng teams, while building strong RevOps and Partner/Alliance organizations.

I also enjoy advising early stage companies and founders as they navigate the first stages of engaging with customers and seeking product-market fit.
