My professional journey: sales leader -> MBA -> management consultant -> marketer -> 3 x CMO at companies spanning series A to post-IPO -> CEO and independent board director.Today I’m honored to lead Parity on the mission to close the gender income and opportunity gap in professional sports. We partner with some of the world’s most innovative brands to help them reach achieve their marketing goals through partnerships with incredible pro women athletes from 70+ sports. Together we’re tackling gender income disparity in sports head-on.
Previously I was fortunate to learn from and contribute to the amazing cultures at organizations like Bain and Company, LinkedIn, OpenTable, Lever, and SurveyMonkey. I also serve on the Board of Directors at Upwork, the Board of Directors at Empowered by Light, and on the Board of Advisors for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Last and perhaps most importantly: I’m a mum to 3 teenage daughters, my husband is amazingly supportive, and my dog is a little nuts.
