I worked on over 50 acquisitions for Salesforce, including; Radian6, ExactTarget, Buddy Media, Demandware, Quip, Mulesoft, Krux and The CMO Club. For every acquisition, I learned the marketing and sales tactics that created their unique vale in the market.
I helped develop the Go To Market integration framework used to successfully integrate all acquisition types. This includes new markets, adjacent markets, product feature enhancements and talent acquisitions.
I also oversaw several "internal mergers" where redundant teams were merged together to unify people, processes and systems. I worked closely with teams that were "acquired" from one org (sales and alliances) into a new org (marketing).
I also ran The CMO Club. Key areas of development included; onboarding the existing team, adding key hires from my Salesforce network, and building scalable processes to run the business.
