Previously, Meini was the SVP of Virtual Sales & Sales Ops at Cisco. He led a team of of 2000 inside sales sellers responsible for $6B of annual revenue. He also led GTM Strategy & Planning, Enablement, Compensation, and Tools & Platforms responsible for driving growth & productivity across Cisco’s total salesforce of 20,000 direct and indirect sellers.
Prior to Cisco, Meini was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. He was a core member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice as well as the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practice, with exclusive focus on the Technology sector. He was part of the global Next Gen Sales leadership team and was their global lead for both Customer Success and Software to SaaS Transformations.
