I’ve been a core part of building five businesses, across five industries. Most recently, I led the commercial charge at Marqeta, from the first dollar of revenue until filing for its IPO. The teams I lead produce results beyond their highest aspirations. More importantly, they become greater versions of themselves as people, operators and leaders in their own rights. What makes me feel most alive professionally is leading extraordinary people to bring transformational ideas to life, especially when the odds are stacked against us. While building these businesses, I strive to deliver once-in-a-lifetime career experiences for my teams, mutual success for business partners and singular returns for investors. I believe in every interaction and relationship, inspiration is available if we have the courage to bring it forth. Of this I am most proud.
