Leading the Customer Success Teams in EMEA, my goal is to help HubSpot's customers Grow Better by working with our world-class group of CSMs and Channel Consultants. The team are passionate about customer success, enjoy driving retention through product adoption, solving for their customers and partners, and are innovative problem solvers. My remit spans our scale team where we manage 10,000's of customers with a shared team model, the core CSM business where our customers across EMEA get a named CSM, our Strategic Accounts business who receive white glove service, and our Channel Consultants who help our Partners grow. I aim to give the team as much freedom as they need, without leaving them feeling like they are on their own. We are a team of 180+ at the moment with aggressive growth plans for 2024 and beyond.
