My success in this arena has been largely due to introducing value-based selling and growing a highly successful team. As a result, sales have catapulted by more than 800%, win rates have increased seven points, and average sales per customer have increased 37%.
At Exari, I built a world-class sales organization around rapid, repeatable processes. A snapshot of my success in this role includes more than tripling sales, increasing net new recurring annual contract value by more than 300%, and more than doubling net new average contract value.
Hired in the pre-revenue phase with Luminoso, I delivered strategic sales leadership, cultivated mission-critical long-term relationships, and built a profitable reseller network. My efforts catapulted recurring revenue.
At Emptoris, I played a key role in the company’s 500% growth, which was significant in the company’s acquisition by IBM.
