Ronald Hobma is a seasoned sales leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in international sales, Go-To-Market strategy, and building high performance teams. He is currently the EMEA Head of Sales (VP) for Strategic Accounts at Atlassian, a leading SaaS and PLG software company with over $5 billion in revenue.
In his current role, Ronald leads the team that is responsible for Atlassian's largest and most strategic global customers in EMEA, driving revenue growth, cross-functional alignment, and customer satisfaction. He also serves as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, a venture fund that combines investment expertise with hands-on GTM operations and execution.
