With over two decades of experience in sales and leadership, I’ve had the privilege of founding and growing Jiminny, where we've expanded over the last 8 years to hundreds of customers helping them to visibility of performance through the groundbreaking use of Conversation Intelligence. Before Jiminny, I led sales as SVP at Reward Gateway, where I played a key role over 8 years as a board member driving the company through two private equity exits to Inflexion for £25.5m and Great Hill Partners for £140 million, culminating in them exiting for $1.1 billion to Edenred. Alongside my leadership roles, I’m passionate about investing and advising other ventures, using my experience to help them thrive and scale.
