Commercial CFO with broad experience in operations (former COO and Chief Data Officer) and strategy. I also enjoy helping businesses as an advisor, trainer, mentor and or an active non-exec.I'm currently focusing on helping VC backed B2B SaaS businesses (between Series A to C; US and UK based), in all things finance, strategy and operations such as hiring and re-structuring finance teams, synching ops, finance and the rest of the business, advising / building models to deliver growth strategies and predictable growth.
I’ve served various boards and worked with a mix of shareholders from private equity, venture capital, listed / crowd-funded shareholder bases, large corporates, “special situation desks” and high net-worth individuals / families.
My experiences covers scaling for hyper-growth, turnarounds, strategy delivery plans across various different investment stages (Seed, Series A-C, MBO, exits). I've helped raise over $300m in an operational capacity across >15 funding rounds, + experienced roles outside finance, covering the CEO / COO position when needed as well as leading Business Development and Data.
