I assess go-to-market talent, strategies and execution, and develop roadmaps to accelerate growth. I work with private equity and venture partners on due diligence and evaluations of new investments. I coach marketing, sales, and customer experience executives to deliver their personal best, scale their organizations, and achieve organizational alignment.
