Paul Auffermann

Paul is the CEO of Business Solution Partners (BSP) and its subsidiary, Viking Resources. He brings nearly a decade of executive leadership experience at NetSuite, where he served as VP of the Services vertical and Managing Director of the EMEA region.In addition to his current role, Paul has held senior positions in private equity and venture-backed businesses. He was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Pluralsight Flow, overseeing P&L responsibilities for the leading engineering analytics platform. Prior to that, he held go-to-market leadership roles at top growth-stage technology companies specializing in enterprise software and AI.
Paul began his career with Mercer Management Consulting and IBM Business Consulting, where he led strategy and growth initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. He graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College and earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
