Prior to Qolo, Rouzbeh was the Chief Revenue Officer at Orum, where he built the GTM function from the ground up, securing the company’s first customers and laying the foundation for scalable success. Before that, he served as Vice President of Customer Success at Marqeta, where he led strategic customer growth initiatives, expanded global operations, and played a key role in Marqeta’s IPO.
Rouzbeh has also held senior leadership roles at Genesis Financial Solutions, Green Dot Bank, and Blackhawk Network, consistently delivering results in growth, retention, and innovation to maximize shareholder value.
