Tara was instrumental in the highest growth period as a company by scaling revenue, creating Customer Success structure and processes, and increasing conversation rates by county. The company is headquartered in New York with offices in the US, United Kingdom, and multiple Europe offices.
Previously, as Executive Vice President of Sales at Aurea Software, Tara oversaw all aspects of inside sales, Customer Success, and, Strategic Business Development. Aurea has a focus on mergers and acquisitions of SaaS companies and Tara lead the largest acquisition of company history.
Tara has worked with YouEarnedIt, an industry-leading recognition and rewards company that was purchased by a highly-desired PE Firm. Her positions included Advisor and Head of Sales. Tara was essential in moving the company upmarket, fundraising, and preparing for a successful exit.
Before joining YouEarnedIt, Tara was the Sr. Director of Sales and promoted to Vice President of Sales at Bigcommerce, a SaaS e-commerce platform for over 100,000 established and emerging brands across the world. Tara was responsible for all aspects of the company’s sales, client success, and part of the team which transformed the business from a start up to an industry leader.
Tara has also helped other companies with successful exits. Companies that were acquired by the likes of Golden Sachs, Vista Equity Partners, Sprint, and IPO.
Tara has extensive executive leadership experience in rapidly building successful high growth global companies in sales, customer success, technology, fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce.
